Electrical engineering services – with a personal touch

Hello. Our names are Brendan Geoghegan and Joseph Hennessy, and here is a quick sketch of what Nahanagan Electrical Engineering Services Ltd is all about.

After graduating in electrical engineering, we both gained wide experience and expertise in projects both at home and abroad. In 2005 we decided to pool our expertise. The result is Nahanagan Electrical Engineering Services Ltd, which we set up in 2007.

We combine the professional and the practical, and both engineering and business experience and ability. Building the business from the ground up, we gained intimate and comprehensive knowledge of the wide range of issues and challenges that can arise.

Personal engagement, from the top down

However, that’s what you should expect from a company like ours: total professionalism. What we offer on top of that is our hands-on involvement and personal engagement with our clients and the projects we undertake. We have a great team of young, highly skilled and experienced engineers, but you can always contact the two of us directly.

Our offices, yard and workshop facilities are located in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford. We provide a nationwide service, and have personnel located in Cos. Wexford, Kildare, Dublin, Kerry and Sligo.

All our engineering staff are fully qualified and trained to the highest level in their disciplines, and are regularly retrained and upskilled as necessary. We use the latest test and installation equipment, and keep our fleet of vehicles in perfect running order, with regular servicing and scheduled replacement.

Quality

We have been assessed by the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI) and been awarded certification for conforming with the following standards;

Quality Management ISO 9001 – This standard sets out the essential requirements for a practical and effective quality management system (QMS) which is, in essence, a system for minimizing risk and maximizing opportunity.

Environmental Management System ISO 14001 – This Environmental Management System (EMS) Standard has helped our company identify, manage and control certain activities that have an environmental impact.

Health & Safety Management Systems OHSAS18001 – Achieving this standard has led to improved internal and external communications within our company and promotes a more disciplined attitude among our employees to health and safety matters.
